Shipping –

All orders are shipped using a combination of DPD, Federal Express or Royal Mail.

We used fully tracked services where available and tacking information will be sent to you when your order is shipped. We use a combination of these services depending on parcel size, weight and your location.

DPD is our favoured service but in but it is not available or can be very expensive in places like the Highlands , Islands and Northern Ireland. We do not profit on shipping and we try to keep prices the same as out costs. We also aim to ship your order within one working day.

Most orders will arrive with you within 2 working days from dispatch notification.

ORDERS THAT ARE SHIPPED DIRECT FROM THE SUPPLIER TAKE 2-3 WORKING DAYS. 

Returns –

Returns can take time to process. Once we have the returned item can take 3 to 5 days. If you are in a hurry and need to change a size then buy the item you need now and send the other back for a refund.

Buy something from us that’s in stock, need to return it for any reasonable reason (within 30 days)? then just post it back and as long as it is undamaged and as new we will refund you in full.

ALL DIRECT FROM SUPPLIER ITEMS (DROPSHIP) NON-RETURNABLE UNLESS FAULTY. CONTACT US FOR MORE INFO.

If you make a return all you need do is post it back to us and just include your name, contact details and order info. Standard second class post is lowest price and simplest option for most returns, just make sure you ask for proof of postage.

If you need to swap an item please contact us first to check stock and then just add a note with the return and we will contact you once it is received to confirm your needs.

In the case of reporting a faulty item you do need to contact us first before returning an the item for refund or replacement. We will need to see the item before it can be replaced or refunded.
